Clarity + Ease is the Key to our Process

Step One: Choose Your Bar. We have a growing fleet of mobile bars each with unique features and aesthetics. While our overall booking process is the same, all bars comes with slightly different capabilities. Not sure which bar makes the most sense for your needs? That's what we're here for. Tell us a little bit about your vision and we'll be happy to steer you in the right direction.  

Step Two: Secure Your Date.  Once you've decided which bar best tickles your fancy, you'll want to lock it down! We only accept one booking per day {per bar} and in order to secure us for your special event, we'll need a signed agreement + 50% deposit. You've got a 14 day window to change your mind for a full refund {although we doubt you'll want to do that} and if for any reason your plans do change, we'll always work with you to move your date or offer a credit towards future use. 

Step Three: Payment. Cost is broken down into 2 parts. 

     1) Bar Services 

     2) Cost of alcohol

>>> BAR SERVICES: We offer simple, all inclusive pricing for our mobile bar packages. What's the Bang for your Buck? You'll receive delivery and use of the bar, TIPS certified bartenders, biodegradable clear cups, ice, 3 hours of serving time on site (more can be added), and 1.5 hours of set up time leading up to your event. Each bar also comes with unique adornment packages that can be used to upgrade your experience and truly "raise the bar."

>>> COST OF ALCOHOL: Legally, payment for booze must remain separate from our bar services. Good News: you'll be purchasing alcohol at retail cost with zero markup. Better News: what's purchased is yours to keep and in some cases return for a refund. Best News: From start to finish, we make ordering and purchasing a breeze. We'll coordinate the sale + scoop and deliver booze on the day of your event! 

Step Four: Choose Your Booze.  From craft cocktails to wine, beer to non-alcoholic bubbly- we can serve it all! While you may already have an good idea of what types of beverages you'd like to offer, we'll order kegs and solidify drink selections about 30 days out from your event. This gives you plenty of time to decide, change your mind and decide again! We'll send you a list of options with upfront pricing from our trusted suppliers and you choose your selection with taste and budget in mind. Don't see your favorite beverage listed or need help curating the perfect menu? Just ask - this is our specialty!

Step Five: Celebrate! Now is your time to sit back, relax and relish in the awesomeness that will soon be your party! Like it or not, booze is a key component to any gathering and we're here to make that experience unlike any other. We hand build the finest bars and hand select the best wait staff to take your event from ordinary to extraordinary. We can't wait to exceed your expectations and celebrate with you, Bottoms up!
